You may use the content of this site only for the purpose of shopping on this site or placing an order on this site and for no other purpose. No materials from this site may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without our prior written permission. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties. The manuals provided by PLP on this site and elsewhere are printed in the United States of America. Any manual(s) or parts thereof may not be reproduced in any form without the written permission of PLP The use of these manuals or Instructor Kit mateirals use as a reference in training courses is specifically reserved for PLP customers instructors or PLP provided instructors. All language translation rights are also reserved.

The Petroleum Learning Programs name and logos and all related product and service names, design marks and slogans are the trademarks or service marks of PLP. All other marks, company names or company logos are the property of their respective companies. No trademark or service mark license is granted in connection with the materials contained on the Site. Access to the Site does not authorize you to use any name, logo or mark in any manner.
Credit Cards
PLP accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. No credit card information is kept on file electronically or otherwise by PLP. We use a third party payment processing service, (Stripe) that processes your credit card information. On orders received through the Web Site, PLP never has access to your credit or debit card number information. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.
Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available. All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256.
Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks
PLP accept money orders, cashier’s checks, company checks and personal checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order, cashier’s check and personal check upon back confirmation. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 15 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks. Materials will not be shipped until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is confirmed. Pre-authorized companies may request a PLP invoice for their purchases at time of order.
Multiple Product Orders and Shipping
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping and handling charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. PLP reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. You will only be charged for shipped items.
Other Conditions
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether PLP accepts them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.
Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your manual order as they become available after printing. Usually, manuals in stock are shipped within five days, not including weekends or holidays. However, there may be times when the manual you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any manuals that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping
Pricing
While Petroleum Learning Programs strives to provide accurate pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Petroleum Learning Programs cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing, we shall have the right, at PLP's sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, PLP may, at our sole discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Taxes
PLP shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Texas. A 8.25% Tx Sales Tax is charged to all orders shipped within the State of Texas unless a Tax Exempt form is completed and on file at PLP. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all applicable sales taxes or other taxes. Should you or your company have a tax exempt certificate please forward it to PLP via email prior to placing your order.
Typographical Errors and Unintended Statements
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, PLP shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price PLP shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, PLP shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. PLP makes every effort to describe the manuals' content accurately in the descriptions provided on this site. Should a statement made on this site be determined to be in error please report the error to PLP so it can be corrected. PLP will not be liable for any unintended misrepresentations of the content of the manuals or other statements on this site.
